Quality Vision (VISION)

Vision

To ensure the holistic development of Kadanad Grama Panchayat by securing the full cooperation of the Government of Kerala, the Local Self Government Department, and institutions at the District, Block, and Grama Panchayat levels. The Panchayat shall effectively implement social welfare, sanitation, health, education, and development programmes proposed by the public and approved by the governing body. Through the active participation of its employees, the Panchayat shall deliver services under various Government schemes, the Citizen Charter, inorganic waste-free initiatives, and soil and water conservation programmes in a transparent, systematic, recommendation-free, and time-bound manner, ensuring the satisfaction of citizens. By doing so, the Panchayat aims to continuously enhance the overall quality of life of its people and achieve the vision of a clean, hygienic, and waste-free Kadanad.

Quality Mission (MISSION)

The Quality Mission of Kadanad Grama Panchayat is to:

  1. Ensure that all services specified in the Citizen Charter are delivered within the prescribed time limits and improve the efficiency of service delivery.
  2. Prepare an operational calendar for development projects and complete all projects within the stipulated schedule.
  3. Collect 100% of the tax revenue envisaged in the budget before the end of the financial year and sustain this achievement every year.
  4. Provide services in a transparent, systematic, recommendation-free, and time-bound manner to ensure maximum public satisfaction.
  5. Resolve all grievances received within seven days.
  6. Give priority to welfare pension applications and process them promptly within the prescribed time frame.
  7. Transform Kadanad into a completely waste-free Grama Panchayat through the "Clean Kadanad" initiative.
